GIVING OUR CUSTOMERS THE “A-I-R” THEY NEED TO BREATHE AND THRIVE

At CBM-Logix, we are passionate about transforming businesses through Automation, Integration, and Robotics.

With years of experience and a team of skilled professionals, we deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. Our commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and customer-centric approach have earned us a reputation as a trusted partner within our industry.

Automation engineers specialising in robotics and system integration

Automation, Integration and Robotics are our core strengths as a business and within these disciplines, we are always looking for the next new technology or innovation, to increase our knowledge and value to our customers. We always have an eye on the best way to increase efficiency and productivity for our clients, whether this is through supply of new automated systems or just optimisation of existing processes: the most important thing is always what is best for the customer.

How we can help you with ourAutomation, integration and robotics services

Software
Development

Design and coding of PLC and HMI software across a range of platforms and manufacturers, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi, Red Lion and many other well-known brands.

Automation Consultation

Providing advice and guidance to clients on the best solutions for automating systems and processes, or ways to improve or upgrade any existing automation they may have.

Onsite Services

We provide many site-based services, from line analysis and line balance audits to determine production line performance and potential areas for improvement, to fault-finding and minor software modifications to address issues impacting production.

Control Panel Manufacture

CBM-Logix can design and build small control panels but are also able to provide design and build services for larger panels. For this, we utilise one of the dedicated control panel manufacturers we work with to produce full drawing packs and panels built to a high standard, to meet stringent end-user requirements or company specifications.

Turnkey Solutions

CBM-Logix have good relationships with many suppliers and other companies in associated disciplines. This enables us to offer a one-stop, turnkey solution for a project, providing a single point of contact for the customer during the project life-cycle.

CAD Modelling

An integral part of our design process for new robot End-of-arm-tools (EOATs) is CAD and 3D modelling, to check the feasibility of any design we produce. It also allows us, where relevant, to produce animations that we can share with the customer to simulate how the finished product or process will look in their factory.

Proof of Concepts

With our CAD and 3D-modelling design capabilities, electrical and mechanical skill-set and robot simulation software, we are able to provide proof-of-concept designs in any projects involving bespoke and innovative machinery or robot tooling. This allows the customer to feel confidence in our design approach before committing to the whole budget of a major project.

Bespoke EOATs

Bespoke EOATs for robotic systems are a key requirement in many projects we look at: given the numerous applications for robots and collaborative robots (cobots) now and in the future, it is unrealistic to expect to find an off-the-shelf solution to all projects. As a result, we use our design and prototyping skills to build, test and finalise bespoke tool designs for most of the robotic projects we are involved with.

Cobots & Robots

Since 2018, CBM-Logix has been endeavouring into robots. They are the newest discipline within CBM’s portfolio, robotics is also becoming the basis for the majority of new enquiries, as companies bring in robots or cobots (collaborative robots) to perform monotonous or arduous tasks traditionally carried out by hand. CBM-Logix can look at your current operation and help identify areas where tasks can be automated, allowing operators to be trained to become robot cell operatives.

IntegrationSystem Integration solutions

We understand that businesses rely on multiple systems and platforms to operate efficiently.

Integrating multiple machines involves connecting and coordinating different industrial systems within a production environment, often using communication protocols like Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or Profinet. This process ensures that these machines work together seamlessly to optimize efficiency and productivity in manufacturing and automation. By facilitating the exchange of data and synchronized actions, integration improves tasks such as material handling, quality control, and assembly.
